Things to Know

- Please wear your Volunteer T-Shirt and lanyard (if one is provided to you) while on shift.
- At the end of shift, please wait to leave your area until after your relief has arrived, and you have handed off what they need to know. Then check out at the Volunteer Tent.
If you are the last shift for your area or you are the only shift, please do not leave until a member of event leadership relieves you. - Please do not tape, tie, or attach anything to SFRP property (benches, trees, railings, etc) – all signs must be free-standing, attached to Best Buddies property or rental items or held by volunteers.
- Please do not dump trash into park trash – all trash must be properly sorted into Best Buddies Event bins (we have marked Recology bins in the Main Event Area and one small trash can at the Course Turnaround).
- Food is available for everyone at the Food Tent. Volunteers are exclusively welcome to the food at the Volunteer Tent. VIFs (individuals with purple wristbands) have exclusive access to the VIF Tent.
- Water is available for all at (1) Food Tent, (2) First Aid, and (3) Course Turnaround.
