06:30-07:45 - Set up (put up canopies, layout food, layout registration process, decorate the venue, set up activities)
07:45-09:15 - Registration & check-in is ready to go
07:45 - Volunteers man the food and activities booths
08:00 - Course monitor and Cheer Zone (3 groups) volunteers assemble and go out on course
08:00 - Load up vehicle for Water Station at halfway point, head out to halfway point and setup tables and pour cups of water
08:00 - Volunteers are ready for registration and check-in for participants and sponsors
08:00 - Participants and sponsors check-in
08:30 - Opening Ceremonies begin (mostly speeches, then Nat'l Anthem, and warm up)
08:50 - All route volunteers (Course monitors, Cheer Zones, at their assigned stations along the route
09:00 - Friendship Walk starts. Participants proceed on route
09:30 - Volunteers ready for first walkers to return to Festival of Friendship
10:00 - Festival of Friendship (DJ and live band music, games, activities)
11:00 - Closing Ceremonies (speeches, award & prize presentations)
11:30 - Start the Dance Party!
noon - BBFW 2022 ends
noon - Volunteers and staff break down site, and clean up
